Walnut Creek is where a large share of our design-build work happens. Ken has been pouring concrete and shaping yards here since the early nineties, long enough to have re-done patios he originally installed for the previous owners of the house — and to know most of the neighborhoods by their soil as much as their names.

The city is really a collection of very different building conditions. Rossmoor has its own layer of rules and HOA approval steps, plus a lot of homeowners who want the lowest-maintenance result possible, which is why so much of our Rossmoor work is synthetic turf, pavers and broom-finish walkways rather than sod and sprinklers.
